Whatever you'd tell a friend who asked about us. A few things other homeowners have found helpful to mention:
- What we worked on (kitchen, bathroom, floors, basement…) and roughly which town
- How the crew treated your home: cleanup, communication, showing up when we said
- Whether the price matched the written estimate
- How it looks now that it's done
