Remodeling contractor in Montgomery County, PA
Montgomery County is home, and it's where we do most of our work. The housing here changes a lot from one town to the next. Norristown, Conshohocken and Ambler are full of brick twins and rowhomes from the late 1800s and early 1900s, with narrow kitchens, plaster walls and one small bathroom upstairs. King of Prussia, Audubon and Trooper lean toward post-war ranches, split-levels and 1960s colonials, which are ideal for opening up a closed kitchen or finishing a basement. Blue Bell and Plymouth Meeting add larger two-story colonials, while Collegeville, Royersford and Lansdale mix older borough homes with subdivisions built from the 1980s onward.
Every Montgomery County township and borough runs its own permit office. When your project needs a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspections.
Chester County home remodeling
Chester County is a short drive west of us. Phoenixville and Spring City are old industrial boroughs with early-1900s twins and rowhomes that often need a full bathroom gut or new floors throughout. West Chester's borough has blocks of 19th-century brick homes, and Malvern and Paoli mix mid-century houses with newer construction. Around Exton and Downingtown, you'll find 1980s and 1990s colonials and townhome communities where the original builder-grade kitchens and baths are ready for replacement.
Delaware County remodeling
Delaware County has some of the densest older housing outside the city. Havertown, Drexel Hill and Upper Darby are known for stone and brick twins and colonials from the 1920s through the 1940s, with original tile baths and small kitchens. Broomall and Springfield are mostly post-war ranches, capes and split-levels. Media's borough has older single homes and twins on tight lots. In these houses, careful demo and dust control matter as much as the finished work.
Bucks County remodeling
In Lower Bucks, Levittown's 1950s homes and Bensalem's post-war neighborhoods are good candidates for kitchen and bathroom updates and basement or flooring work. Warminster and Warrington have many 1960s and 1970s split-levels and bi-levels. Farther north, Doylestown and Newtown combine historic stone homes with larger colonials from the 1980s and later.
Philadelphia remodeling
In the city, most of what we see is brick rowhomes and porch-front twins, from Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods like Mayfair and Fox Chase to the hillside streets of Roxborough and Manayunk, plus stone twins in Mount Airy. Tight access, shared walls and older wiring are normal here, and we plan for them. Permits in the city go through Philadelphia L&I, and we handle that paperwork.
